Sranan Gold Corp. is engaged in the business of mineral exploration and the acquisition of mineral property assets in Suriname. The highly prospective Tapanahony Project is located in the heart of Suriname’s modern-day gold rush. Tapanahony covers 29,000 hectares in one of the oldest and largest small-scale mining areas of Suriname. Sranan recently announced the acquisition of the 18,468-hectare Lawatino Project situated in southeastern Suriname along the Central Guiana Shear Zone.

- As part of Canaccord’s equity sales team, he helped finance numerous exploration and development companies in the natural resources sector with a particular focus on South America, Central Asia, Africa and Europe
- Involved as a principal of three natural resources companies ranging from pure exploration in Suriname gold exploration company Sumin Resources Limited to production of fertilizer (Uzbekistan) and an 8,000tpa copper cathode production company in the US (Idaho)
- Experience as executive team and board member responsible for business development and investor relations
- Fluent in Dutch, the primary language of Suriname, and has been active in Suriname for the last 12 years

Rayiez Bhoelan
VP of Exploration- Experienced exploration geologist with over a decade in mining and metals
- Formerly responsible for driving greenfield exploration, geochemistry, and field mapping for Iamgold’s Suriname regional exploration
- Key team member at Iamgold’s Pikin Saramacca project; fast-tracked exploration towards 1.5 million ounces of contained gold in proven and probable mineral reserves, and contributed to the understanding of the regolith
- Held senior roles in the Guiana Shield with Omai Gold Mines and other companies, specializing in structural controls of complex orogenic gold deposits
- Well versed in geochemical exploration in humid tropics, specializing in mapping weathered rocks and regolith landscapes
- Former senior consulting geologist at Founder Metals Inc. and the silica sand industry
- Part-time lecturer in geochemistry at Anton de Kom University of Suriname

Jonathan Yan
CFOJonathan Yan, CPA, CA holds a Diploma in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of British Columbia. Mr. Yan has 13 years of experience in audit and accounting for various private and publicly listed Canadian companies. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Algo Grande Copper Corp (TSXV: ALGR) and Alset AI Ventures Inc. (TSXV: GPUS). He was a Director and Chief Financial Officer of Sranan Gold Corp. (formerly Peak Minerals Ltd) (CSE: SRAN) from May 2023 to April 2025 and returned as the Chief Financial Officer of Sranan Gold in April 2026. He was the Chief Financial Officer of Axcap Ventures Inc. (CSE: AXCP) from March 2023 to May 2024, Chief Financial Officer of Rua Gold (formerly First Uranium Resources Ltd.) (CSE: RUA) from March 2023 to February 2024, Chief Financial Officer and a Director of Carmanah Minerals Corp. (CSE: CARM) from December 2020 to January 2023 and Director of Ionic Brand Corp. - Founder of several public companies, acted as CEO, served as a director, and performed the roles of IR and PR, along with raising capital. While the majority of the companies have been in mining exploration, he has worked in the biotech, cyber security, technology, and oil and gas sectors

Director- A seasoned mining executive and Chartered Professional Accountant with 25 years of experience working with exploration, development and producing mining companies
- Currently the CEO of Galantas Gold and Executive Chairman of Doré Copper Mining Corp.
- Held a number of senior executive positions including Chief Executive Officer of Cordoba Minerals Corp., Executive Chairman with Mega Precious Metals Inc., Vice President and Chief Financial Officer with Lake Shore Gold Corp Inc., and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ivernia Inc.
- Instrumental in raising over $700 million to explore and fund mining projects, and notably led the team that acquired, financed and listed the historic Omai Mine in Guyana in 2020

Director- Canadian mining engineer with 35+ years of experience spanning mineral evaluation, project development, and operations across open-pit and underground mining
- Held senior technical, operating, and executive roles with major and mid-tier companies including IAMGOLD, Kinross Gold, Vale, PT Freeport Indonesia, Placer Dome, and Cominco
- Lived and worked in Suriname for 5+ years as IAMGOLD’s Vice President, Commercial – South America (based in Paramaribo)
- Worked closely with IAMGOLD exploration and development teams to review gold assets across Suriname, including the area encompassing Sranan Gold’s Tapanahony Project
- Participated in negotiations with the Government of Suriname and local landholders related to IAMGOLD’s acquisition of the Saramacca concession for the Rosebel Gold Mine
- Served as Chief Operating Officer of Global Atomic Corp., helping advance the Dasa uranium project from PEA stage toward mine development on an accelerated timeline
- Served as Chief Operating Officer of Lumina Gold Corp., leading feasibility-stage advancement efforts at the Cangrejos gold-copper project
- Continues to act as a senior technical advisor to mining issuers on development planning, permitting, and feasibility-level milestones
